Insurance Repairs

It is your legal right to choose the garage of your choice to carry out repairs to your vehicle. You do not need to obtain two estimates.

• We offer a recovery service to transport your vehicle to our premises, if required, for secure storage whilst the estimate is being prepared and for the insurance engineer's inspection.
• Inspect your vehicle and supply free estimates, including images for yourself and/or insurance company.
• Deal with your insurance company and handle all the formalities concerning inspection, authorization and payment.
• Free courtesy vehicle to keep you mobile whilst we undertake the repairs.
• If you have been involved in an accident and its not your fault, Townley can deal directly with a specialist accident management company who will handle your entire claim from time of crash to completion, and supply you with a suitable replacement vehicle whist your own is off the road, at no cost to you at all. They will also ensure that you do not have to pay your policy excess.
• In addition, the accident management company can pursue compensation for personal injury and out-of-pocket expenses if required.
